Uses of Personal Information

Sharing and Sale of Personal Information

We do not disclose Personal Information provided to us by Consumers for a business purpose. Personal information for minors under 16 years of age is not collected, disclosed for a business purpose or sold.


Consumers’ Rights

Consumers have several rights under the CCPA. These include:

  • The right to know what categories and specific pieces of Personal Information are collected, disclosed for a business purpose, or sold by requesting this information from us.
  • The right to request deletion of Personal Information collected or maintained by us.

Even after fulfilling a request for deletion, we are required to maintain records for statutory compliance. To submit a request to know or delete Personal Information complete the form provided here . Once we have received a request, we work with Consumers to verify their identities. As part of the verification process, we work with OneTrust. Depending on the type of request submitted, OneTrust may request information from the Consumer, such as an email address, phone number, or government issued identification card. More information about OneTrust’s identification process is found here. If a Consumer has asked an agent to exercise rights on the Consumer’s behalf, the agent’s identity will need to be verified by providing a writing from the Consumer designating the agent in addition to any information requested through OneTrust.


Do not track browser settings

Wireless and SMS Policy

In addition to any fee of which you are notified, your provider's standard messaging rates apply to our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. You may opt-out and remove your SMS information by sending "STOP", "END", "QUIT" to the SMS text message you have received. If you remove your SMS information from our database it will no longer be used by us for secondary purposes, or used by us or third parties to send promotional correspondence to you.



Detailed Wireless and SMS Policy

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your name, address, cell phone number, your provider's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages. In addition to any fee of which you are notified, your provider's standard messaging rates apply to our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis.


We may use personal information to provide the services you've requested, including services that display customized content and advertising. We may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services. We may share aggregated and non personal information with third parties. Response Timing and Format
